    Yes, the whole social concept can be a hard one to teach businesses. They frequently treat channels like facebook and twitter exactly the same as they would direct mail and print media, as endlessly shoving an unsolicited message down someone’s throat. It’s a good day when they open up to the concept of a 2 way conversation.
