Subhash Ghai’ish chorus and Ismail Darbar’s own pulsating tune combo helps the title song. Tu sab kuch meanders along pointlessly, while Main mushtanda (music and lyrics by Ghai!) and Koshampa bring back the much-unnecessary parts of 90s music. Even with the subtle nod to Chaand chupa and Purvi-raag base, Kaisa hai dard seems labored. Kambal ke neeche is a cringe-inducing ode to Ghai hits. As for Salim-Sulaiman’s two songs, Thumka sounds pleasant enough, but the excessive processing kills it, while Hindustan kahan is mildly inspiring. Adiye is an embarrassing shadow of Nimbuda. Kaanchi is Ghai unloading his past-prime’ness on Darbar.
