Bachchan’s probability mumbo-jumbo sounds silly in an otherwise-enjoyable, Bond’ish Life is a game; fantastic vocals by Sonia Saigal and Anushka! Summertime (George Gershwin’s original used as-is) has corny lyrics, but the zingy pop works instantly, thanks to Joe Alvares’ vocals. Shreya’s Pahle toh is dull, with a Middle Eastern twang Lalit is known for peddling, while Shaan’s Sehmi sehmi is appreciably better, with a lilting tune – but it remains underwhelming as it progresses. The title song is unintentionally funny too – because it dares to be the title song and gets Sanjay Dutt to utter a few sentences.
